Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and services purchased directly from BookingFlow. It does not apply to transactions between end customers and businesses (Tenants) using our platform.

2. Subscription Refunds

BookingFlow offers subscriptions on a monthly and yearly basis. Our policy for subscription refunds is as follows:

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are a new subscriber, you may request a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations or for unused time on a subscription.
  • Renewals: Automatic renewals are not eligible for a refund unless required by applicable consumer law. We recommend disabling auto-renewal in your account settings if you do not wish to continue.

3. End Customer Refunds

BookingFlow provides the software for businesses (Tenants) to manage their bookings, but we do not process payments for the actual services provided by these businesses to their end customers.

If you are an end customer who made a booking or paid for a service through a BookingFlow-powered page:

  • You must contact the business directly to request a refund or cancellation.
  • BookingFlow cannot issue refunds for services provided by Tenants.
  • All such refunds are governed by the specific Tenant's own policies.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for your BookingFlow subscription under the 14-day guarantee, please contact our support team at support@bookingflow.com.

Please include your account email address and the reason for your request. We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 5-7 business days.

5. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as extended service outages or billing errors on our part, we may offer credits or refunds at our sole discretion. Such discretionary refunds do not obligate us to provide the same in the future.
