Terms of Service

By creating an account on BookingFlow or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms apply to all users — businesses ("Tenants") who create booking pages and their customers who make bookings through those pages.

BookingFlow provides an online platform that allows service-based businesses to:

• Create booking pages accessible via a unique subdomain
• Manage employees, locations, services, and schedules
• Accept appointment reservations from customers
• Send automated email notifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

• You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and current information during registration
• You may not share your account with others or use another person's account
• You must notify us immediately at support@bookingflow.com if you suspect unauthorised access

BookingFlow offers a free tier and paid subscription plans ("Pro" and "Business"). By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan and billing cycle
• Payments are processed by Paddle. Billing occurs at the start of each billing period
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel at any time — your plan remains active until the end of the paid period

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app notification.

You agree not to use BookingFlow to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Collect or harvest user data without consent
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or disruptive content
• Offer illegal services through the booking platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

Your use of BookingFlow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

As a Tenant, you are the data controller for your customers' personal data collected through your booking page. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents and complying with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable).

BookingFlow and all its underlying technology, design, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable licence to use the service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the platform (business descriptions, service details, etc.). By providing this content, you grant us a licence to display and process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookingFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, or data.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

You may terminate your account at any time from the account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain and delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have the right to use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
